They have a shelf life of approximately 1 year and it is recommended to store them in a cool environment and away from direct sunlight.

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free and eco-friendly.
What is the difference between Volcanic Clay and powder clays?
Perla Negra clay is extracted from active volcanoes; no water or aroma is added, it is a natural mixture ready for use.
Clay powder is obtained from the decomposition and erosion of a rock, sometimes dyes and water are added for a creamy consistency.
How long does it take to notice a change in the skin?
From the first use you will notice soft, fresh and luminous skin! We recommend using our masks twice a week.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
It takes 1 to 2 days to process and arrives at your home in 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer shipping to all of Mexico?
Yes, we ship to all of Mexico.
What is the shipping cost and is there free shipping?
For purchases of $800 or more, shipping is free; for purchases of less than $800, shipping costs are $150.
